Standard turnaround for many routine orders is next-day or within a practical service window depending on route demand, order size, and item type. Larger or specialty loads may take longer.

Do you clean dry-clean-only items?

Not as part of standard wash and fold. Tell us in advance if your order includes specialty garments so we can advise you appropriately.

Can I request fragrance-sensitive handling?

Yes. Use the booking notes field to describe fragrance concerns, detergent preferences, or known garment sensitivities.

What if I have stains?

We can review stained items, but stain removal is never guaranteed. Existing wear, set-in marks, or fabric damage may remain visible after processing.

Can I set recurring pickups?

Yes. Households and businesses can ask for weekly or biweekly service so repeat orders are easier to manage.

Do you offer same-day service?

Sometimes, but it depends on route capacity and load type. Same-day or rush orders should be treated as request-based, not automatic.
