Service terms for ClearView Laundry customers.

1. Service scope

ClearView Laundry provides laundry pickup coordination, wash and fold processing, delivery support, and related customer service functions. Service availability depends on location, route capacity, item type, and operational load.

2. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking pockets, removing valuables, identifying delicate or specialty garments, and disclosing special handling requirements before processing. ClearView Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed garment conditions, hidden items, weak seams, or inaccurate care assumptions where labels are missing or unreadable.

3. Turnaround

Quoted turnaround windows are estimates and may be affected by route volume, item complexity, weather, access issues, or service-area logistics. We make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

4. Payment and adjustments

Pricing may be adjusted for oversize loads, specialty handling, excessive soil, or non-standard service requirements. Customers will be notified when practical before significant changes are finalized.

5. Limitation of liability

Claims relating to lost or damaged items should be reported promptly with the order reference and item description. Liability, if accepted, is limited to reasonable replacement value and does not extend to sentimental, consequential, or business-interruption losses.
